Seventh-day Adventist education is the largest protestant educational system in the world.  We have an extensive network of schools on every continent except Antarctica.  These schools range from pre-school all the way to post graduate studies.

What is unique about our school system is the size of our individual schools.  The vast majority of our schools are relatively small when compared with others, and we like it that way.  60% of Adventist K-8 schools have three or fewer teachers.  In addition, classroom sizes are such that the teacher to student ratio is phenomenal, which provides the one-on-one interaction that you as a parent want in order to maximize learning potential.  Bluff View is a one teacher school that can have a maximum of 15 students.  A classroom aid is also present when there is a kindergartner or large number of lower elementary students.

In this Christian environment, students find themselves learning about the love of Jesus and how they can share that love with others.  Students learn interpersonal skills, how to work through problems successfully, have respect for one another, and how to be a leader.  They learn what it means to give back to their communitites and, with the emphasis Adventist education places on "hands on" activities, they learn wonderful ways to apply what they learn in the classroom to the real world.
